Day 01 - Delhi
On your first visit of India after arriving in Delhi on the first day of your Footsteps of Buddha tour journey with ‘Land of Buddha’ you will be accorded a special traditional welcome by us. Our representative will then assist you in transfer to hotel where you can spend the day overnight. You might be interested in strolling around or taking short rickshaw rides to markets nearby.

Day 02 - Delhi / Agra
On the second day in the morning while you are still on this tour you will be driven to the railway station for you to board a train to Agra in Uttar Pradesh, India. A representative of the Buddhist tours and travel firm will receive you on arrival in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. The representative will help you secure a hotel room for your stay here. You will then later go out for an adventure visit to the FatehpurSikri during the day, then in the evening you will get to visit the Taj Mahal and the Agra fort which are all amazing features of this place. After visiting these splendid places you go back to your hotel in Agra to have your dinner then retire for the night.

Day 03 - Agra / Varanasi
On the third day on your footsteps of Buddha tour you will transfer to the airport to catch a flight for Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh, India. You will then check to a hotel of your choice after arriving in Varanasi. Later on why not go out for an excursion to Sarnath then come back to your hotel room for your overnight stay.

Day 04 - Varanasi / Bodhgaya
On your fourth day in Varanasi you could go out for a boat ride in the morning in the Ganges River. You will come back to your hotel room to have your breakfast, and then later on in the day you may visit the tourist attractions that Varanasi has to offer. Some of the wonderful tourist attractions you could visit here include the Benaras Hindu University and the Bharat Mata Temple.
In the afternoon you could be driven to Bodhgaya in which after arrival you will book a hotel where you could spend your time enjoying your leisure activities. You will spend the night in your hotel in Bodhgaya.

Day 05 - Bodhgaya
On your fifth day on your footsteps of Buddha tour you will certainly get to visit tourist attractions located in Bodhgaya. You will have the opportunity to visit the Maha Bodhi Temple. After you are through with your visit of the temple you could spend the rest of the day doing your leisure activities then later on at nightfall you will retire to your hotel in Bodhgaya, Bihar, India.

Day 06 - Bodhgaya / Patna
On your sixth day in the morning you will be driven to Patna in Bihar, India where you will have the opportunity to visit Nalanda and Rajgiren routes. You will later check into a hotel where you spend your night in.

Day 07 - Patna / Kushinagar
The seventh day in the morning will see you drive to Kushinagar through Vaishali. You will be assisted to by a representative of the Buddhist tours and travel to check into a hotel. Later you will have the chance to visit the Maha-Pari Nirvana temple and Ramabhar Stupa. When you will have had enough of visiting these places you then go back to your hotel in Kushinagar.

Day 08 - Kushinagar / Lumbini
The eighth day of your footsteps of Buddha tour in the morning you will go on a drive to Lumbini. After your arrival in Lumbini you will book a hotel for your stay there, later in the afternoon you will have the chance of visiting Mayadevi temple, stupas, and the Ashokan Pillar. After visiting all these places you will then go back to your hotel in Lumbini where you will spend the night.

Day 09 - Lumbini / Balrampur
On the ninth day of your footsteps of Buddha tour you will be driven to Balrampur where you get to visit the Kapilvastuen route. In the evening you may just opt to sit and relax and then later on at nightfall spend the night at your hotel in Balrampur.

Day 10 - Balrampur / Lucknow / Delhi
The tenth day of your footsteps of Buddha tour you will be driven to a place called Lucknow located in Uttar Pradesh, India. While driving to Lucknow why not visit Saravasti. On your arrival in Lucknow you then transfer to the railway station to board a train for Delhi. You will arrive in Delhi and book a hotel for your overnight stay.

Day 11 - Delhi
Delhi is an amazing Indian city and you will not be short of places to visit on your eleventh day of footsteps of Buddha tour. Some of the places to visit in Delhi include; the red fort, the Humayun’s tomb, Jama Masjid, Qutab Minar, the India Gate, Chadni Chowk, Rashtrapati Bhawan and several other amazing tour destinations. Later at night you go back to your hotel in Delhi for your overnight stay.

Day 12 - Departure Delhi
The twelfth day marks your departure from India and you will transfer to the International airport in the morning for your flight back to your next destination or home.
